About me

You may understand your emotions on a logical level, yet still feel stuck in the same patterns. Even with insight and reflection, something isn’t shifting.

My name is Sarah, and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania and work with adults navigating trauma, mood disruptions, and the transitions that come with pregnancy and parenthood.

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, self-aware, and high-achieving. They often come to therapy with a strong understanding of themselves, yet continue to feel stuck in familiar patterns that insight alone hasn’t been able to shift.

Therapy with me is both supportive and intentional. While it may not always feel comfortable, it is a space where you can safely explore what’s underneath the surface. Our work goes beyond simply understanding your experiences—we focus on processing them in a way that leads to meaningful, lasting change.

I integrate EMDR to support deeper emotional processing, helping bridge the gap between what you know and what you truly believe. Together, we work toward shifting core patterns so that change feels real, not just conceptual, but reflected in how you feel, respond, and relate to yourself.

If you’re considering therapy, you’re welcome to reach out for a consultation to see if working together feels like the right fit.

Insight isn’t always enough to create change.
Therapy can help you process what’s underneath—and begin to feel differently, not just think differently.
