EMDR Therapy in New Jersey & Pennsylvania

You may understand your thoughts, but still feel stuck in your emotions. Therapy can help you move from insight into meaningful, lasting change

You might be someone who..

  • Thinks deeply and reflects often, but still feels overwhelmed or disconnected.

  • Has been through difficult or painful experiences that continue to show up in daily life

  • Feels anxious, on edge, or emotionally exhausted

  • Is navigating pregnancy, postpartum changes, or identity shifts into parenthood

  • Knows something needs to change, but isn’t sure how to actually get there

If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone — and you don’t have it figure it out by yourself

Therapy that goes beyond just talking about what’s wrong

Together we’ll work to:

  • Better understand your emotional patterns

  • Process past experiences that may still feel unresolved

  • Help you feel more grounded, present, and connected to yourself

  • Create real, sustainable shifts — not just temporary relief

I integrate evidenced-based approaches, including EMDR, CBT and DBT to help you process experiences at a deeper level — not just intellectually, but emotionally.

About me

You might be someone who understands your emotions on a logical level, yet still feels stuck in the same patterns. Even with insight and reflection, something still isn’t shifting.

I’m Sarah, a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. I work with adults navigating trauma, mood disruptions, and transitions around pregnancy and parenthood.

Therapy with me goes beyond insight. Together, we focus on processing experiences in a way that leads to meaningful, lasting change—not just understanding, but a shift in how you feel and relate to yourself. I integrate EMDR to support deeper healing and help bridge the gap between what you know and what you truly believe.
